The presentation deals with the reason why people have problems with energy, stress, mood swings, body weight and health from a nutrition point of view. Each person will have a chance to evaluate their own profile to determine what they would like to address specifically. I will then give some practical information about how to change habits (cause) and then the solution: implementing specific healthy habits to accomplish better energy, mood, health and deal with stress.
Practical tools will be discussed to implement change.
