Learn how to create healthy, tasty, easy meals from scratch with guidance from a leading chef and a registered dietician. You’ll also get advice on how to: Plan your meals; solve some important health issues with nutrition; optimise your daily nutrition intake; Introduce more flavours into your cooking and your life.
The class starts with mouthwatering, interactive Cooking by Tracey Younghusband, who trained as a chef in the UK and who’s spent the past 18 years working as a chef to clients in Spain, France and across the British Isles. Consulting dietitian Annelie Smith will give vital nutritional information as well as advice on how to foster a sound relationship with food.
What you will receive:
The day/evening will consist of:
• Cooking and sampling of a delectable three-course meal.
• A group consultation with dietician Annelie Smith, which includes information on healthy eating by using delicious tasting foods.
• Learning how to plan your meals.
